On 16-17 April 2013, a meeting of experts of CARICC member-states to prepare the next meeting of the Council of National Coordinators (CNC) of CARICC member-states was held in the office of the Center. The meeting was also attended by representatives of CARICC and the Almaty Programme Office of UNODC.
Participants of the meeting developed drafts agenda and the resolutions of the forthcoming meeting of CARICC CNC. In addition, to introduce changes and amendments to the regulatory framework of the Center, it is proposed to establish an Expert Group of CARICC member-states accountable to CARICC CNC.
On April 9-10, 2013, CARICC hosted the Sixth “Regional FIU to FIU Meeting” among the countries in West and Central Asia. The Regional Office on Drugs and Crime in Central Asia (UNODC) and CARICC were the organizers of the above meeting.
On the 12th of February 2013, a meeting of Lt. Gen. B. Sarsekov, CARICC Director, with OSCE delegation headed by Mr. Knut Dreyer, Senior Police Adviser to the OSCE Secretary General, was held in CARICC.
On the 7th of February 2013, CARICC leadership hosted a meeting with the performers of the European Union Project “Information Networks for Heroin Route”, Mr. Thomas Carter and Mrs. Edwige Presley-Weiss.
